Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Map My Travel Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the services of Map My Travel Services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Map My Travel Services
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through Map My Travel Services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

4. Service Fees ‡

Map My Travel Services charges transaction service fees for online bookings. These fees are in addition to the base fare and applicable government taxes. The fees are as follows:

  • Online Air Transaction Service Fees — up to $50.00 per passenger, per ticket (U.S. Domestic and International)
  • Online Hotel Transaction Service Fees — up to $42.00 per booking
  • Online Car Rental Transaction Service Fees — up to $40.00 per rental

** Passenger types = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.

‡ Transaction service fees are generally non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Service fees for cancellations requested within 24 hours of making the booking are refundable. Service fees for cancellations requested beyond 24 hours of making the booking are non-refundable.

◇ Certain exceptions to the standard service fees apply:

  • Online vacation package booking service fees — up to $50 per passenger.
  • Business and First Class Airfares — Service fees up to $200 per passenger.
  • Multi-city and Open-jaw trips — Service fees up to $100 per passenger.
  • Alternate Date & Nearby Airport — Service fees up to $55 per passenger.
  • Fusion Fares/Value Deals — Service fees up to $100 per passenger.
  • Unaccompanied Minor Tickets — Service fees up to $100 per passenger.
  • Contact Center bookings — Service fees from $15 to $250 per passenger (up to $125 for Senior Citizens).

Important Note: All service fees are subject to change without notice. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGE OR VARIANCE IN THE SERVICE FEES. Please review the total final price carefully.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. A cancellation fee of $49 applies to all bookings cancelled after 24 hours of booking confirmation.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. This includes passenger names, contact details, and travel documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

Map My Travel Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Map My Travel Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Modifications to Terms

Map My Travel Services reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Taxes & Fees

When you purchase a travel service through Map My Travel Services, your total price includes all applicable government-mandated taxes and fees. These charges are collected on behalf of the respective government and aviation authorities and are not retained by Map My Travel Services.

Applicable taxes and fees vary based on your itinerary, origin/destination, and service type. Common charges include but are not limited to:

  • U.S. Federal Segment Fee (ZP) — applicable to domestic flights
  • U.S. Excise Tax (US) — 7.50% domestic transportation tax
  • Passenger Facility Charge (XF) — up to $18.00 per itinerary
  • September 11th Security Fee (AY) — $5.60 per one-way trip
  • U.S. International Arrival/Departure Tax (US) — $22.90 for international routes
  • Foreign Government-Imposed Taxes and Foreign Airport Fees — varies by country
