1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation for a full refund without any cancellation fees. This applies to all bookings made through Map My Travel Services, including hotels, flights, car rentals, and travel packages.
To qualify for a free cancellation, you must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of your original booking confirmation email.
2. Cancellation Fee After 24 Hours
Cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a $49 cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and processing charges.
After deducting the $49 cancellation fee, any remaining amount will be refunded according to the specific terms of your booking and the policies of our travel partners (airlines, hotels, etc.).
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings may be marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase. These bookings are clearly identified during the booking process and offer lower prices in exchange for restricted cancellation rights.
Non-refundable bookings are still eligible for free cancellation within the 24-hour window, but after that period, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Processing Time

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible. Change fees may apply depending on the service provider's policies and availability.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions, we will work with you and our partners to provide the best possible resolution, which may include refunds, credits, or rebooking options.
